Spanish Dancer Earrings Tutorial
The Tutorial is for Personal and Commercial Use. Permissions and Conditions for use are stated at the end of the listing. Gorgeous statement earrings with sparkling Swarovski and Cubic Zirconia drops. Two styles of earrings on one tutorial. There are 16 colour photographs, 5 diagrams and detailed step by step instructions to guide you. The earrings graced the cover of Australian Beading magazine Vol 6. No.2 (see Pic 2) The tutorial assumes the reader has a working knowledge of Right Angle Weave (RAW). However the instructions on how to perform Right Angle Weave Stitch are demonstrated through the use of photographs and diagrams. The design utilizes two rows of tubular Right Angle Weave that form the bezel component of the earring that encases the Swarovski Rivoli. The bezel on STYLE 1 (pic 3) is embellished with Miyuki Glass Drops, matt sterling silver Toho seed beads and a single Cubic Zirconia faceted drop. STYLE 2 (pic 1) recreates a smaller version of the original design of the Spanish Dancer Earrings (pic 5). As a more affordable design option you can use 3mm Czech Fire Polished Rounds instead of the 3mm Swarovski Rounds as used in the sample. If you choose clear beads you could shake the design up by using a contrasting beading thread. The Cubic Zirconia drops can be sourced on Ebay or Etsy.
